Francis Kinsler

Francis is a business analyst and process improvement consultant. A team/project leader, experienced on many developments through the full project life-cycle, he has a particular interest in process metrics and performance measurement. He has worked with a variety of SMS clients in the private and public sectors to use estimating, benchmarking and performance measurement techniques to evaluate the performance and contract-compliance of suppliers in multi-year outsourcing contracts.

He has excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in analysing business processes and delivering major IT related business solutions.

Francis has worked with other SMS consultants to pioneer the application of lean & agile management principles to improve the value delivered and reduce waste in the acquisition, development, operation and maintenance of software-intensive systems.
